The Technical Manager for High Rise Construction will oversee the technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and project deadlines.

This role requires expertise in managing complex high-rise building projects, strong leadership, and the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.

المهام الأساسية

1. Lead the planning and execution of high-rise construction projects, from initial concept to completion.
2. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of technical elements.
3. Ensure that all technical drawings, blueprints, and plans adhere to regulatory and safety standards specific to the UAE.
4. Implement quality assurance procedures and ensure adherence to construction best practices.
5. Supervise and provide guidance to technical teams, including site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
6. Act as the primary technical point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, government authorities, and consultants.

المتطلبات

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in high-rise construction, with at least 3 years in a managerial or technical leadership role.
3. Strong understanding of structural systems, MEP integration, and high-rise building construction techniques.
4. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
