We’re looking for a creative, curious, and experienced marketing professional to join our dynamic team in the UAE. If you’re passionate about storytelling, market insights, and the art of fragrance, this is your chance to make an impact.

You will collaborate directly with the Dubai team and be an integral part of the Spain Marketing team , ensuring alignment and synergy across regions.

Who We’re Looking For:

You bring a unique blend of creativity and analytical thinking, with a strong foundation in the fragrance industry:

• 5+ years of experience in a marketing role within the fragrance sector (ideally fine fragrance).
• Proven expertise in market research , brand and product analysis.
• Skilled in developing compelling presentations and marketing materials.
• Exceptional creative writing skills in إنجليزي (عربي is a strong plus).
• Proficient in SAP and professional office tools.
• Fluent in إنجليزي (عربي fluency is a valuable asset).
• A natural storyteller with a deep understanding of perfumery .
• Innovative and curious , always bringing fresh ideas to the table.
• Willing and able to travel as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead short-term, project-based marketing initiatives in the UAE.
• Create technical and commercial content to promote products through engaging presentations and materials.
• Develop storytelling assets in English and Arabic to elevate brand narratives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to uncover new opportunities.
• Prioritize and manage tasks to meet tight marketing deadlines.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and tailor marketing strategies.
• Co-host and lead customer events, preparing and executing marketing activities that leave a lasting impression.
