Technical Product Manager (Full‑Stack) – AEC Platforms (AI‑Enabled)

A leading global Real Estate Developer based in Dubai is looking for a Technical Product Manager with a strong full‑stack engineering foundation (8+ years) who has transitioned into product leadership and currently leads or has led a software development team. The ideal candidate blends hands‑on technical depth, product strategy, and delivery leadership to build and evolve digital products used in Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) environments. Experience in AEC is a strong advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and quarterly priorities aligned to business goals
• Establish product success metrics and ensure outcomes are measurable and transparent
• Conduct continuous discovery with end users and stakeholders; translate insights into prioritised work

Delivery leadership (technical + product)

• Convert needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans
• Partner with engineering leads to ensure sound architecture, performance, scalability, and security
• Lead Agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews) and maintain a healthy, outcome‑focused backlog
• Drive dependency management, delivery governance, and stakeholder communications

AI-enabled ways of working

• Identify opportunities to augment workflows using AI (automation, copilots, intelligent search, document/workflow assistance)
• Ensure AI features are introduced responsibly with attention to quality, usability, and adoption
• Promote data‑informed decision‑making and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle
• Align cross‑functional stakeholders (business, operations, engineering, and change/adoption)
• Provide clear executive‑ready updates on delivery status, risks, and decisions
• Support rollout planning, training needs, and adoption measurement

Required qualifications & experience

• 8+ years of full‑stack software development experience (front‑end + back‑end)
• Current or recent experience as a Product Manager / Technical Product Manager leading delivery with an engineering team
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into a clear product plan and ship iteratively
• Strong knowledge of Agile product delivery and modern engineering practices (APIs, cloud, CI/CD, testing)
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills

Preferred / “nice to have”

• Experience in AEC (Architecture/Engineering/Construction), engineering consultancy, or adjacent delivery environments
• Exposure to AEC digital ecosystems (e.g., digital delivery, design/project workflows, document control, data/asset platforms)
• Practical experience embedding AI into workflows or products (automation, copilots, intelligent assistance)
