Telesales Executive

This is a remote position. We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via cold calls introducing our products or services and generating sales or leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence and a positive attitude.

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and sales in the CRM system.
• Follow up with interested prospects and schedule meetings if required.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and sales techniques.

المتطلبات

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Confident, friendly and goal‑driven personality.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• Comfortable using basic computer tools and CRM systems.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
