• Ensure 24×7 IT services availability to business
• Maintain ITIL compliance
• Ensure UNIX / Storage / Server Virtualization Infrastructure functions as per SLAs
• Proper sizing and capacity planning of UNIX / Storage / Server Virtualization infrastructure
• Deliver business requirements for system availability
• Address business continuity for critical services
• Maintain core systems & hardware within UNIX / Storage / Server Virtualization infrastructure at optimal levels
• Provide reliable, robust, and cost-effective IT services to RAKBANK

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s in IT or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in relevant role
• Experience designing, operating, troubleshooting large-scale IT systems
• Knowledge of administering and managing AIX, RHEL, Solaris, IBM Power Virtualization, VMware vSphere, Oracle Virtualization, AWS & Azure Cloud, Dell EMC & IBM Storage, NAS & Archival appliances, SAN switches
• Scripting skills in Shell, PowerShell, Python
• Experience developing Ansible playbooks
• Familiarity with open-source tools like Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, InfluxDB, Prometheus, Grafana
• Dashboard creation experience with Kibana & Grafana
• Experience with tools like lpar2rrd, Lenovo xClarity, HP Openmanage
• Understanding of ITIL procedures
• Strong technical documentation skills

• Power Systems for AIX – Virtualization II
• VMware Certified Advanced Professional
• Red Hat Certified System Administrator
• Dell EMC PowerMax – Specialist
• Dell EMC Isilon Solutions
• ITIL v3 Foundation (optional)
