Minimum Qualifications:

1. Degree or postgraduate qualification in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, or related field (preferably with professional affiliation or eligibility for membership).
2. Minimum 15 years of experience in urban design, planning, and master planning.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel.
4. Strong design and graphics skills, including hand and computer-generated graphics.
5. Experience in sustainability practices in the public realm (LEED or equivalent advantageous).
6. Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
7. Capable of managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating technical aspects.
