Parkar is looking for an experienced US Recruiter with 2–4 years of proven success in sourcing and placing candidates for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of US staffing processes, employment types, and sourcing strategies, along with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

- Handle the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles for US clients.
- Source candidates through portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
- Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and fit through screening and interviews.
- Negotiate pay rates and close candidates effectively.
- Manage relationships with candidates and clients for repeat success.
- Maintain compliance with US labor laws and client policies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets
