About the Maritime Cluster
AD Ports Group’s Maritime & Shipping Cluster is a dynamic global network led by Noatum Maritime, a trusted international partner with a fleet of over 250 vessels. The Autohub division is part of our Marketplace initiative—where technology meets logistics—to transform the way vehicles move across borders through digital and physical platforms.
Job Purpose
To lead all commercial activities within the Autohub & Marketplace division, focusing on both digital and physical automotive platforms. The role involves strategic planning, business development, team leadership, and operational integration—all geared toward revenue growth, global market expansion, and seamless customer experience.
المسؤوليات
Core Responsibilities
- Design and execute commercial strategies for marketplace operations.
- Analyze market trends, define KPIs, and drive performance improvements.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with OEMs, dealers, and tech firms.
- Oversee operations of both digital and physical marketplaces.
- Align marketplace platforms with AD Ports Group’s logistics and digital clusters.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial risk assessment.
- Represent the organization in high-level stakeholder engagements and industry forums.
Strategic Management
- Expand into international markets using integrated trade and logistics solutions.
- Forge multi-sectoral synergies with Digital, Ports, Logistics, and EC&FZ clusters.
- Develop scalable commercial models that adapt to industry changes.
- Build and manage a high-performing commercial team.
- Mentor, coach, and create a performance-based culture aligned with company vision.
Qualifications
التعليم
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or relevant field.
الخبرة
- Minimum 5 years in automotive marketplace (digital and/or physical).
- Minimum 5 years in commercial roles across logistics, shipping, or trade.
