The Vice President will be responsible for leading and supporting the execution of transactions, including origination, due diligence, and closing. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in executing deals across syndications, transaction banking, trade finance, loan capital markets, etc.
• Preparing and supervising credit applications and financial analysis.
• Leading deal teams and managing transaction processes.
• Developing marketing materials and conducting client presentations.
• Engaging in customer-facing activities including KYC, DD, and relationship management.
• Coordinating with internal departments across regions for seamless execution.
• Supporting strategic initiatives and business development efforts.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

• 7-10 years of experience within a similar role at a well known bank in UAE
• Extensive execution experience across syndications, transaction banking, trade finance, loan capital markets, etc.
• A university degree (minimum undergraduate level); multilingual capabilities are a plus.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Proven leadership in managing deals and mentoring junior staff.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across diverse teams and geographies.
