JOB PURPOSE

  • Responsible for managing and overseeing the execution of strategic and operational initiatives for Teyaseer, with a focus on championing the needs and goals of key partners, Aldar and ADHA.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects, maintain governance and operational efficiency, and drive transformation across various business functions.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs and initiatives for Teyaseer, ensuring alignment with Aldar and ADHA’s objectives.
  • Oversee and manage multiple initiatives from Aldar and ADHA, ensuring that Teyaseer is prepared to scale and effectively handle increasing requests while meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with leadership to curate and implement key strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Foster collaboration and synergy across leadership and departments, aligning efforts and enhancing communication to achieve unified business outcomes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between Teyaseer and key partners (Aldar and ADHA) to ensure their needs and expectations are understood and met.
  • Manage communication with internal teams and key stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations, to ensure the timely delivery of initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress across the portfolio and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and achievements.
  • Identify, assess, and manage business risks while developing strategies to mitigate and reduce potential impacts on project delivery and business outcomes.
  • Lead business change efforts by establishing communication plans and engaging with key stakeholders to ensure all employees are informed and aligned.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to align initiatives with business objectives, ensuring seamless implementation and effective outcomes.
  • Establish robust governance frameworks to monitor and measure KPIs and metrics across projects and business units, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Continuously review, inspect, and optimize business processes to maintain high levels of efficiency, leveraging data and insights for decision-making.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to identify opportunities for digital transformation and optimization across the business.

Years of Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience program management, project delivery, or transformation roles, preferably within the real estate, construction, or corporate services industry.
  • Min of 2+ years in a similar managerial position.

Technical and Interpersonal Skills

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale program delivery and transformation initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in risk management, governance, and performance optimization.
  • In-depth understanding of governance, performance management, and business process optimization.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to drive change and lead cross-functional teams in complex environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and mitigate risks, manage budgets, and deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Master’s Degree or relevant certifications preferred.
