Madison Pearl is working closely with a leading global alternative investor headquartered in the GCC. They are looking to hire a senior risk professional with around 10 – 12 years’ experience gained working within an alternative investment environment. The right candidate would have the ability to lead risk management efforts across investment, operational and capital.

المهام الأساسية:

1. Lead risk management for the institution across financial risk, operational risk and capital risk.
2. Lead risk oversight across financial services, products, funds, capital and liquidity management, business continuity planning, regulatory risk and compliance.
3. Risk Reporting for ICAAP and preparing risk dashboards for governance bodies, including the board risk committee and fiduciary committee.
4. Oversee the consolidation and recommend the departmental budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget.
5. Supervise third-party/vendor risk management and cyber resilience assessments.

Key Requirements:

1. 10 – 12 years’ experience within a buy side institution across financial and non-financial risk.
2. In depth experience to private markets investment management.
3. A deep familiarity to a regulatory environment such as DIFC or ADGM.
4. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in financial, Economics, Risk or related field.
5. CFA or FRM are highly advantageous.
