Overview
Our client is a high-growth B2B services platform supporting enterprise and government clients across the UAE and GCC. The business is scaling its commercial operations and market presence.
المسؤوليات
- Lead sales strategy, market entry, and revenue growth across priority sectors.
- Oversee enterprise sales teams, key accounts, and strategic partnerships.
- Build predictable pipelines and long-term client relationships.
- Refine pricing models, sales governance, and performance management frameworks.
- Work closely with product and delivery teams to align offerings with market demand.
- Report directly to executive leadership and influence overall growth strategy.
Candidate Profile / Qualifications
- Senior B2B sales leadership experience within services, platforms, or technology-enabled businesses.
- Strong exposure to enterprise and government sales cycles is essential.
- Experience in the UAE market is highly preferred.
- Demonstrates commercial ownership, leadership maturity, and strong negotiation skills.
- Experience building and scaling sales teams is required.
- Strategic thinking combined with execution discipline.
