Our client, a leading organization near Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead their team and drive strategic HR initiatives.<\/p>\n

\nLead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top-tier talent.
\nEnhance employee engagement and implement performance management systems.
\nDevelop HR policies ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
\nChampion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
\nOversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and learning & development programs.<\/p>\n
\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a:
\n8+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in hospitality or tourism.
\nProven success in building high-performing teams and driving employee engagement.
\nStrong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
\nKnowledge of UAE labor law is highly preferred.<\/p>\n
