\nStaff attendance management & payroll generation
\nHRMS \/ ERP data management
\nEmployee relations & grievance handling
\nPerformance appraisal support
\nLeave & benefits administration
\nTraining coordination & staff well-being initiatives
\nDrafting HR policies, letters, and employee communications
\nExit formalities & final settlement processing
\nCompliance with UAE labour law & school regulatory requirements<\/p>\n
