We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our growing team. This role will provide vital support across various HR functions and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.<\/p>\n
\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629:
\n \u2714 Manage payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness
\n \u2714 Handle recruitment, shortlisting, interviews and onboarding of employees
\n \u2714 Maintain employee records and HR documentation
\n \u2714 Support day-to-day HR operations and compliance requirements
\n \u2714 Coordinate training and development activities
\n \u2714 Assist with employee relations, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives
\n \u2714 Prepare HR letters, reports, and other documentation as required
\n \u2714 Support performance management and appraisal processes<\/p>\n
Salary: AED 3,000 \u2013 4,000 (depending on experience)
\nLocation: RAK & Dubai<\/p>\n
