The ideal candidate is a <strong>natural teacher and enabler<\/strong> who enjoys helping marketing teams master technical workflows and use them to drive real business outcomes.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"min-height:1.5em\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Deliver <strong>training sessions, onboarding programs, and cohort-based workshops<\/strong> for enterprise clients.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Own customer onboarding from first login to full adoption.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Translate <strong>technical workflows<\/strong> into simple, actionable steps for marketing and <em>content<\/em> teams.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Build and maintain <strong>enablement playbooks<\/strong> to scale customer success.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Support inbound marketing operations, including <strong>CRM workflows, campaign automation, and reporting<\/strong> (HubSpot or similar).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Partner with marketing and <em>content<\/em> teams on <em><strong>SEO<\/strong><\/em><strong> and <\/strong><em><strong>content<\/strong><\/em><strong> enablement style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Hands-on experience with <strong>HubSpot or other CRM\/marketing automation platforms<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Proven experience running <strong>client-facing training sessions, onboarding, or workshops<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Strong foundation in <em><strong>SEO<\/strong><\/em><strong> and <\/strong><em><strong>content<\/strong><\/em><strong> creation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Proficiency in SQL and Python<\/strong> (must be able to use both in
