in production<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Strong Python skills is a MUST and deep experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Solid understanding of ML lifecycles \u2014 from data pipelines and feature engineering to tuning, deployment, and monitoring<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Real-world experience building AI systems in domains like recommendation, NLP, or risk modeling<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Experience mentoring junior
