Key Requirements:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Confident spoken and written English (Upper-Intermediate or higher);<\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong communication and negotiation skills;<\/p>\n
\u2022 Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving results;<\/p>\n
\u2022 Self-discipline, reliability, and positive attitude;<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to build long-term relationships with clients;<\/p>\n
\u2022 Basic computer literacy (Google Workspace, CRM systems, video communication tools);<\/p>\n
\u2022 Access to a computer, webcam, and a stable Internet connection.<\/p>\n

Experience in real estate or high-ticket product sales is a strong advantage.<\/p>\n

Your Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Handle incoming leads from digital channels and partner networks;<\/p>\n
\u2022 Consult clients on property investment opportunities in Thailand and other regions;<\/p>\n
\u2022 Present properties and guide clients through the entire sales process – from inquiry to closing;<\/p>\n
\u2022 Maintain client records in CRM and communicate regularly with management;<\/p>\n
\u2022 Collaborate with our marketing and legal teams to ensure a smooth client experience;<\/p>\n
\u2022 Contribute ideas for U.S. market development and customer engagement.<\/p>\n
