This role blends&nbsp;<strong>design, video editing, content strategy, and data analysis<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2014 and is perfect for someone who lives on social media, spots trends before they happen, explainers, voiceovers, and trend-based video storytelling.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Analyze internal data<\/strong>&nbsp;to find trends, uncover interesting insights, and develop stories that matter to our audience.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Design high-impact infographics<\/strong>&nbsp;and visual content to communicate complex information in a clear and compelling way.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manage our social media accounts<\/strong>&nbsp;(Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), including scheduling, posting, community engagement, and performance tracking.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Develop content ideas and campaigns<\/strong>&nbsp;that connect our data with our audience in smart, surprising, and fun ways.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Test new content formats and social strategies<\/strong>&nbsp;to continuously improve engagement and growth.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Write captions and creative hooks<\/strong>&nbsp;that match each platform\u2019s style and platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Basic data analysis skills \u2014 you know how to read a spreadsheet and spot interesting stories.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to translate data and insights into visual and narrative content.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent sense of design, motion, storytelling, and what works on social.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and time management skills \u2014 able to juggle multiple
