They drive tech solutions, lead a team of architects and strategists, and pioneer GEN-AI solutions.<br \/><strong>ROLE PROFILE<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technology Transformation: Provide a holistic view of the business and I&#038;T environment, develop a roadmap to enhance digital maturity, and formulate strategies to drive the organization&#8217;s digital business. <\/li>\n<li>Enterprise and Solution Architecture: Establish the Enterprise and Business architecture practice, improve alignment and agility, and manage the Enterprise Architecture activities for efficient business and IT operations. <\/li>\n<li>Innovation: Stay aware of I&#038;T trends, identify innovation opportunities, and promote the business value of EA as a strategy enabler and technology innovation driver. <\/li>\n<li>Functional\/Technical Competencies: Demonstrate experience in senior technology roles, strategic planning, program management, and Enterprise Architecture. <\/li>\n<li>Communication: Possess outstanding communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with and influence at senior leadership levels. <\/li>\n<li>Management Skills: Exhibit excellent management skills, with the ability to handle diverse components of multiple practices, teams, and programs concurrently. <\/li>\n<li>Organizational Savvy: Display organizational and political savvy, with the ability to navigate the personalities, obstacles, and politics of the organization. <\/li>\n<li>Technology Understanding: Have a deep understanding of current and emerging technologies and how they can be employed to drive digital business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>15 or more years of business experience in IT transformation, architecture or technology leadership. <\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s or bachelor\u2019s degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience. <\/li>\n<li>Certified in Architecture Frameworks; TOGAF, FEAF, DOD, Zachman. <\/li>\n<li>Certified Program\/Project Management Professional. <\/li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IT and predictive analytics. <\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, agile and lean methodologies, infrastructure and operations, and EA and ITIL frameworks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At Majid Al Futtaim, we\u2019re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
