We connect devices, software, distribution, and financial partners into a unified execution system, where device usage is controlled based on predefined credit terms linked to payment behavior. <\/p>\n<p>We are building a capital-light, scalable infrastructure layer across markets, partners, and portfolios. We are looking for a COO who can build and execute this system end-to-end. <\/p>\n<h3>Role Objective <\/h3>\n<p>Build, launch, and scale the full operational system of DEXICONN: from device production and distribution to activation, control, repayment, and partner integration. System Build (Core Priority) <\/h3>\n<p>Design and implement the full execution model: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>device flow (production \u2192 distribution \u2192 activation \u2192 control) <\/li>\n<li>IMEI-based control logic <\/li>\n<li>integration with financial partners <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Translate strategy into operational system and processes. <\/p>\n<p>Define and implement MVP (POC) and go-live model. <\/p>\n<h3>2. Partner Model <\/h3>\n<p>Build and launch operational models with: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>fintechs \/ banks <\/li>\n<li>distributors <\/li>\n<li>mobile operators <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Define onboarding, integration, and accountability structure. <\/p>\n<p>Ensure partners operate within system rules. <\/p>\n<h3>3. Device Control &#038; Operations <\/h3>\n<p>Implement lock\/unlock logic and enforcement processes. <\/p>\n<p>Define rules for: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>activation <\/li>\n<li>payment\u2011linked access <\/li>\n<li>device restrictions <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ensure full control via the platform (no manual processes). <\/p>\n<h3>4. Commercial Execution <\/h3>\n<p>Own operational side of: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sales execution <\/li>\n<li>market launches <\/li>\n<li>partner performance <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ensure: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>device sell\u2011through <\/li>\n<li>payment collection discipline <\/li>\n<li>portfolio performance <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5. KPI &#038; Performance Management <\/h3>\n<p>Define and implement a KPI system: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sales <\/li>\n<li>collections <\/li>\n<li>defaults <\/li>\n<li>activations <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Introduce daily\/weekly execution tracking. <\/p>\n<p>Ensure accountability across all teams. <\/p>\n<h3>6. Scaling Across Markets <\/h3>\n<p>Build a repeatable model for new country launches. <\/p>\n<p>Standardize processes across markets. <\/p>\n<p>Maintain control while scaling. <\/p>\n<h3>What You Must Have Done <\/h3>\n<p>Built and launched a product\/business from scratch. <\/p>\n<p>Managed cross\u2011functional operations (product + ops + commercial). <\/p>\n<h3>Worked in: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>fintech\/lending\/BNPL <\/li>\n<li>device financing\/asset\u2011backed models <\/li>\n<li>telecom\/distribution ecosystems <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Proven ownership of: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>execution <\/li>\n<li>results <\/li>\n<li>P&#038;L or equivalent responsibility <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Key Skills <\/h3>\n<p>Strong system thinking (not task-based execution). <\/p>\n<p>Ability to operate under uncertainty. <\/p>\n<p>Deep understanding of: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>payments and collections <\/li>\n<li>risk and repayment behavior <\/li>\n<li>partner-driven business models <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ability to connect: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>product <\/li>\n<li>operations <\/li>\n<li>commercial execution <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Nice to Have <\/h3>\n<p>Experience in emerging markets (Africa, Asia). <\/p>\n<p>Understanding of: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>device lifecycle <\/li>\n<li>IMEI\/firmware\/activation <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience working with: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>distributors <\/li>\n<li>telecom operators <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What This Role Is NOT <\/h3>\n<p>Not a corporate COO managing an existing structure. <\/p>\n<p>Not a strategy-only role. <\/p>\n<p>Not a pure operations manager. <\/p>\n<p>This is a build-from-zero execution role. <\/p>\n<h3>Success Criteria (First 6\u201312 Months) <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Defined and implemented a full execution model <\/li>\n<li>Launched POC and first market <\/li>\n<li>Established working partner integrations <\/li>\n<li>Built operational control system (device + payments) <\/li>\n<li>Achieved first scalable unit economics <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Compensation Structure <\/h3>\n<p>Base salary (stage-dependent). <\/p>\n<p>Performance-based bonus (KPI-driven). <\/p>\n<p>Equity: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>milestone-based <\/li>\n<li>earned through execution <\/li>\n<li>long-term participation <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Final Note <\/h3>\n<p>We are building infrastructure, not a fintech product.
