You should possess the ability to think and count what you do. <\/li>\n<li>Leadership &#038; mentorship \u2013 strong leadership skills with a proven track record of upskilling and developing teams. <\/li>\n<li>International mindset \u2013 A strong desire to contribute to and foster a more international work culture, bringing diverse perspectives and experience.
