We bring together sports medicine, family medicine, physiotherapy, CAM, nutrition, psychology, nursing, and imaging (X-Ray, Dexa, UTZ) under one clinical identity delivered across multiple sites to a growing patient base. <\/p>\n<h3>Role Overview <\/h3>\n<p>The Medical Director is the senior clinical authority at DISC, responsible for unifying clinical governance, clinical service delivery, and clinical performance into a single accountable leadership role. <\/p>\n<p>You will sit on the Executive Committee, report directly to the Board, and lead a multidisciplinary clinical team across all UAE sites supported by dedicated Clinical Leads at each location and a Clinical Operations Coordinator to manage all administrative load. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Full P&#038;L accountability across all UAE clinical entities <\/li>\n<li>Drive clinic utilization and HCP productivity <\/li>\n<li>Monitor financial and operational KPIs;
