benefits, implementing structures that incentivise performance. <\/li>\n<li>Strengthen recruitment practices and elevate talent acquisition capability across all business units. <\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with multiple GMs and senior leadership to influence business direction. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee payroll, employee relations, grievances, and HR operations across multi\u2011site business units. <\/li>\n<li>Build capability within the HR team, elevating standards and developing strategic HR capacity. <\/li>\n<li>Support readiness for future IPO plans through organisational and people initiatives. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>A successful Chief Human Resources Officer should have: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. <\/li>\n<li>Proven expertise in strategic HR leadership within large organisations with 5k+ head count. <\/li>\n<li>Strong Middle East experience is essential. <\/li>\n<li>Industry exposure within construction, retail, manufacturing, facilities management or hospitality. <\/li>\n<li>Strategic HR with depth in human capital, talent, performance, and organisational design. <\/li>\n<li>Strong gravitas;
