The group operates across multiple industries, with a strong presence both locally and internationally. <\/p>\n<p>The Group is seeking a strategic, business-oriented Head of Tax to lead the development and execution of its tax strategy across the UAE, regional, and international markets. This is a pivotal leadership role, reporting at group level, with responsibility for ensuring compliance, optimizing tax efficiency, and advising senior leadership on tax implications for strategic business initiatives. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the design and implementation of the Group\u2019s tax strategy across multiple jurisdictions. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, Transfer Pricing, and other applicable regulations, as well as international tax frameworks. <\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic tax advice to the Board and Group Leadership on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and cross-border transactions. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with Finance, Legal, and Business Units to assess tax implications of commercial and investment decisions. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee tax risk management and liaise with external advisors, auditors, and government authorities. <\/li>\n<li>Lead and mentor a high-performing tax team. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Candidate Profile <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in UAE corporate tax, regional tax regimes, and international tax structures. <\/li>\n<li>Big Four background is highly desirable, with strong technical foundations in tax advisory and compliance. <\/li>\n<li>A career that combines both multi-national corporate experience and exposure within a local, multi-industry group environment. <\/li>\n<li>Expertise in transfer pricing, international structuring, tax planning, and regulatory compliance. <\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and advisory skills, with the ability to operate at Group Board level. <\/li>\n<li>Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CTA are preferred. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Why Join <\/h3>\n<p>This is a unique opportunity to shape, lead and drive the tax function for a highly diversified group with ambitious growth plans.
