Role Overview <\/h3>\n

We’re seeking a commercially-minded Head of AI School for Entrepreneurs to lead the strategic development. This role combines program management, business development, and content strategy <\/b> to drive growth and engagement in the rapidly evolving AI education space. <\/p>\n

You’re someone who gets energized by the commercial potential of AI education. You don’t need to be a technical AI expert, but you’re an AI Ideator, tech-savvy, curious\/have interest in space and can spot opportunities. You have strong business judgment, enjoy building relationships, and can structure deals that work for everyone. You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats and thrive in a fast-paced environment where your commercial and creative instincts directly impact program success. <\/p>\n

  • Design and sequence educational programs with clear learning outcomes <\/li>\n
  • Create compelling session titles and program positioning <\/li>\n
  • Monitor and optimize program performance metrics including renewal rates <\/li>\n
  • Oversee program P&L and margin optimization <\/li>\n
  • Trainer & partnership management <\/b> <\/li>\n
  • Interview and assess potential external trainers for program fit and commercial viability <\/li>\n
  • Oversee and manage financial arrangements and structures <\/li>\n
  • Provide regular feedback to trainers on performance and program alignment <\/li>\n
  • Source and secure partnerships with AI tool companies and industry platforms <\/li>\n
  • Manage B2B inquiries from initial contact through proposal development and closing <\/li>\n
  • Develop partnership strategies with external AI companies and platforms <\/li>\n
  • Structure and negotiate commercial deals <\/li>\n
  • Content & community strategy <\/b> <\/li>\n
  • Curate industry resources and trends for weekly newsletters <\/li>\n
  • Develop content strategies to refresh and engage community communications <\/li>\n
  • Manage landing page updates and optimization <\/li>\n
  • Stay current with AI industry developments to inform program direction <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Experience <\/h3>\n
      \n
    • 3-5 years in program management, business development, or commercial roles <\/li>\n
    • Proven experience (3+ years) in ideating and developing creative content concepts around AI and emerging technologies. <\/li>\n
    • Track record in partnership negotiations and deal structuring <\/li>\n
    • Experience with P&L management and financial oversight <\/li>\n
    • Strong interviewing and assessment capabilities <\/li>\n
    • Content strategy or community management experience preferred <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
