The ideal candidate will bring hands\u2011on expertise in Xpedeon, Peoplestrong, OpenText, and front\u2011end integrations. This role is critical to managing and optimizing business\u2011critical applications, ensuring smooth operational continuity across functions such as HR, Finance, Procurement, and Operation. <\/p>\n<h3><b>ERP Management &#038; Strategy <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of ERP platforms, especially Xpedeon and Peoplestrong. <\/li>\n<li>Manage integrations across modules and third\u2011party applications, ensuring seamless front\u2011end and back\u2011end connectivity. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with functional heads to understand business requirements and translate them into system functionalities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>System Integration &#038; Architecture <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee front\u2011end integrations with various business\u2011critical systems and user interfaces. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure optimal integration between ERP systems and platforms such as OpenText (for document management and workflows). <\/li>\n<li>Maintain system performance, security, and compliance standards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Team &#038; Vendor Coordination <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead a cross\u2011functional ERP team and manage external vendors, including system integrators and support partners. <\/li>\n<li>Review and approve technical documentation, change requests, and system upgrades. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Project &#038; Change Management <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and execute ERP\u2011related projects with defined scope, timelines, and budgets. <\/li>\n<li>Drive process automation and digital transformation initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure minimal disruption during system updates, migrations, and integrations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Support &#038;
