This global-facing role will be the anchor for MSM Unify\u2019s employer engagement initiatives, building strategic hiring partnerships across sectors and geographies. <\/p>\n<p>You will be responsible for leading employer acquisition, contract negotiation, program design, and workforce ecosystem development\u2014positioning MSM Unify as a leading channel for ethical, scalable, and future-ready talent sourcing. <\/p>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/b> <\/p>\n<h3>Global Employer Engagement &#038; Contracting <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and onboard employer partners across key global destinations (e.g., GCC, Canada, UK, Australia, US) <\/li>\n<li>Lead end-to-end contracting for talent sourcing, student hiring, and workforce mobility solutions <\/li>\n<li>Position MSM Unify as a trusted partner for staffing pipelines, internship placements, and graduate employment <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Workforce Strategy &#038; Sectoral Solutions <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Co-create sector-specific workforce models (e.g., healthcare, hospitality, logistics, tech, trades) <\/li>\n<li>Develop and scale hiring programs aligned with labor shortage areas, employer demand, and regulatory frameworks <\/li>\n<li>Drive future skills initiatives and co-branded programs with employers and institutions <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Institutional &#038; Government Collaboration <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with MSM Unify\u2019s university and college partners to align talent supply with employer needs <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with government bodies on talent export\/import schemes, skilling programs, and ethical migration pathways <\/li>\n<li>Secure government-to-employer partnerships and workforce mobility MOUs <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Operational Leadership &#038; Metrics <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and lead a global employer relations team <\/li>\n<li>Define targets, contracting cycles, and KPIs for employer partnerships <\/li>\n<li>Report on hiring volume, quality metrics, revenue growth, and impact outcomes <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Candidate Profile <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>15+ years of senior experience in employer engagement, workforce solutions, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), or international talent strategy <\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to close global employer contracts across industries and regions <\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of international labor markets, migration policy, and skilling ecosystems <\/li>\n<li>Executive gravitas with a strong network across HR leaders, talent acquisition heads, and public\u2011private workforce initiatives <\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and operational leadership capabilities <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, partnership building, and cross-cultural fluency <\/li>\n<li>Based in the UAE with the flexibility for frequent global travel <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Why Join MSM Unify? <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>This is a mission-critical, global leadership role where you will shape how countries and companies solve their workforce challenges.
