This includes oversight of <b>manufacturing <\/b>, <b>service &#038; repair <\/b>, \u0648 <b>rental operations <\/b> for critical tools and equipment. <\/p>\n<p>As a key member of the leadership team, the GM will be responsible for operational efficiency, HSE compliance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Profit &#038; Loss Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage budgets, cost controls, and revenue targets across manufacturing, repair, and rental operations. <\/li>\n<li>Drive sustainable profitability aligned with corporate goals. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. Operational Oversight <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end-to-end plant functions including production, logistics, equipment rentals, and technical services. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations and industry standards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. HSE Compliance <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Promote a proactive, zero-incident safety culture. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all local and international HSE regulations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. Client Relations &#038; Satisfaction <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with IOCs, NOCs, drilling contractors, and oilfield service providers. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistent delivery of quality service and maintain high client satisfaction. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5. Leadership &#038; People Development <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Inspire, lead, and manage cross-functional teams across operations, engineering, procurement, and admin. <\/li>\n<li>Foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across departments. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>6. Continuous Improvement <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and optimize operational workflows. <\/li>\n<li>Implement best practices in manufacturing and service operations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Candidate Profile <\/h3>\n<p>We are looking for a <b>hands-on, commercially minded leader <\/b> who can take ownership of a complex, multi-functional facility serving the demanding Oil &#038; Gas sector. <\/p>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>15+ years <\/b> in a senior leadership role in Oil &#038; Gas or Manufacturing, including hands-on experience in <b>tubular services, downhole tool rentals <\/b>, and specialized repair facilities. <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of <b>API\/ISO certifications <\/b>, service\/repair standards, and HSE practices. <\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage <b>multi-shift operations <\/b>, large teams, and P&#038;L performance. <\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in <b>Engineering, Business <\/b>, or related field.
