As part of the team, you will help our client\u2011facing professionals develop solutions that empower us to better serve our clients in a rapidly growing market. In addition to optimizing existing projects and building better solutions for Kroll engagement teams, this role will have client exposure as we work collaboratively to solve client needs. <\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate should have prior quantitative economics experience from consulting, corporate or government background or other suitable evidence of a passion for developing and deploying deep technical skills. The candidate will also be experienced in economic modelling and policy development. <\/p>\n<p>If you are an experienced economist, now is a great time to join Kroll! We are expanding our Economics team and are looking for a motivated Vice President to join us and support our growth and develop your skill sets. <\/p>\n<h3>Depending on the candidate, day\u2011to\u2011day responsibilities would include: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct economic research and policy analysis, on issues such as international trade, taxation, infrastructure, healthcare, education and environmental regulation. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and deploy best\u2011in\u2011class economic analysis and modelling, for example, input\/output modelling and forecasting. <\/li>\n<li>Undertake quantitative and qualitative analysis to develop evidence\u2011based recommendations to support strategic planning and policy formulation. <\/li>\n<li>Produce reliable outputs in a consistent and accessible format, including presentations and dashboards, translating complex analysis into clear, actionable insights. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor and interpret macroeconomic trends, legislative developments, and regulatory changes. <\/li>\n<li>Draft detailed technical reports, as well as presentations and briefing materials for senior stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Gather, cleanse and refine data inputs from various sources (e.g., national statistical offices, OECD, World Bank). <\/li>\n<li>Ensure the Kroll economic modelling suite remains up\u2011to\u2011date and best in class, including demonstrating its performance through comparative analysis. <\/li>\n<li>Proactively stay informed of industry best practices and emerging tools through ongoing education and professional development. <\/li>\n<li>Work with Kroll engagement teams to identify and implement economics solutions, both on economics\u2011specific engagements and working collaboratively with other Kroll teams. <\/li>\n<li>Supervising and mentoring junior staff. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Essential traits: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s or Master\u2019s degree in Economics, Public Policy, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 6-9 years of economics and policy experience. <\/li>\n<li>Arabic speaker, with strong technical Arabic drafting skills. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership experience including managing and developing client relationships, and mentoring and developing staff. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent project management abilities, including stakeholder management. <\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to convey technical concepts to non\u2011technical stakeholders.
