The ideal candidate will bridge risk analysis <\/b> and technical design <\/b> ensuring security is embedded seamlessly into architectural engineering and operational frameworks. <\/p>\n

Security Threat & Risk Assessment <\/b> <\/p>\n

  • \n

    Lead and deliver STRA for projects such as mixed-use developments transportation hubs hospitality critical infrastructure and high-security facilities. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Identify and assess threats vulnerabilities and potential impacts across physical operational and electronic security domains. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Develop risk mitigation strategies aligned with international best practices (ISO 31000 ISO 22341 ASIS standards). <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Facilitate risk workshops with stakeholders and produce clear actionable STRA reports. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Security Design for Built Environment <\/b> <\/p>\n

      \n
    • \n

      Translate STRA findings into security design requirements performance criteria and technical specifications. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Develop integrated physical and electronic security solutions including: <\/p>\n

      • \n

        Access control <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        CCTV and surveillance <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Intrusion detection <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Perimeter security <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Hostile vehicle mitigation (HVM) <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Emergency response planning <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Ensure designs are coordinated with architects master planners MEP ICT and landscape teams. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Apply CPTED <\/b> (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) principles to enhance natural surveillance and deterrence in public and private spaces. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Project Coordination & Compliance <\/b> <\/p>\n

          Review and comment on contractor submissions for compliance with Employers Requirements and security strategies. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Advise on relevant codes standards and regulations applicable to built environments. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Engage with client representatives law enforcement and other stakeholders to validate security solutions. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Implementation Support <\/b> <\/p>\n

          • \n

            Provide technical oversight during construction to ensure correct implementation of security systems. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Support commissioning testing and handover of security systems. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Qualifications & Experience <\/h3>\n

            • \n

              Bachelors degree in Security Management Risk Management Engineering Architecture or related discipline. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              10 years <\/b> of experience in security consultancy with at least 5 years <\/b> in STRA and built environment security design. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Demonstrated experience delivering security designs for large-scale developments and high-security sites. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              In-depth knowledge of: <\/p>\n

                ISO 31000 (Risk Management) <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                ISO 22341 (Protective Security for the Built Environment) <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                ASIS CPP \/ PSP guidelines <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                CPTED principles. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                Proficiency in producing technical specifications and reviewing design packages. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                Strong communication analytical and stakeholder management skills. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
