Maintaining a balance between running an active clinical practice and performing clinical leadership and oversight for the business unit will be a standard part of the job <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>To provide leadership and guidance to the clinical team <\/li>\n<li>To support the implementation of the business unit and group clinical strategy <\/li>\n<li>To monitor, guide and improve quality management, clinical risk and governance processes both at business unit and corporate level <\/li>\n<li>To drive and support the daily clinical operations of the clinical function for the business unit, including budgeting and financial monitoring <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Education <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical Degree with a speciality area from an accredited institution <\/li>\n<li>A Degree in business administration will be an advantage <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 5-8 years\u2019 experience as a senior clinician <\/li>\n<li>Relevant experience in hospital operations is desired <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Competencies <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and lead people <\/li>\n<li>Drive Operational Excellence <\/li>\n<li>Build collaborative relationships <\/li>\n<li>Handle difficult situations and conflict <\/li>\n<li>Analytical thinking <\/li>\n<li>Judgement and Decision Making <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given to the designated groups in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Emiratization Program.
