In this role you will work directly with our Chief Investment Officer to enhance research capabilities, optimize hedge fund portfolio operations, and drive analytical excellence across our investment division. <\/p>\n<h3>What You&#8217;ll Achieve <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee sourcing, screening, and evaluating hedge fund opportunities across strategies and geographies. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct in-depth analysis of the fund\u2019s performance, investment process, risk metrics, and team capabilities. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain regular contact with managers to assess strategy drift, performance attribution, risk reports, and organizational stability. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Coordinate the Due Diligence Process <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with our Operational Due Diligence (ODD) Analyst and Quantitative Due Diligence (QDD) Analyst to coordinate the entire due diligence process. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain due diligence trackers and ensure timely completion of regular updates. <\/li>\n<li>Synthesize outputs into comprehensive investment memoranda for the CIO and Investment Committee. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Conduct Macro Research and Market Analysis <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor and interpret macroeconomic data, central bank policy, and geopolitical developments to assess implications for markets and asset classes. <\/li>\n<li>Identify key trends and macro themes, develop scenario analyses (inflation, fiscal trends, capital flows, technologies, etc.) to maintain a \u201chouse view,\u201d inform manager selection and portfolio positioning, and build potential hedges if necessary. <\/li>\n<li>Distill actionable insights and weekly briefs for the CIO and Investment Committee. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Skills and Qualifications (MUST HAVES) <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>8\u201112 years of professional experience in investment management at a top\u2011tier hedge fund and\/or fund of hedge funds. <\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of financial markets and complex financial instruments. <\/li>\n<li>Advanced degree (Master\u2019s or PhD) from a top\u2011tier institution in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, or related quantitative field. <\/li>\n<li>Programming skills in Python for investment analysis and portfolio management. <\/li>\n<li>Exceptional research and written communication skills. <\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to coordinate and manage projects in multi\u2011stakeholder investment environments. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in industry\u2011standard investment tools including Bloomberg. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred Skills and Qualifications (NICE TO HAVES) <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>CFA, CAIA, or equivalent professional certifications. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with emerging markets. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If your expertise and track record align with this unique leadership opportunity, we invite you to take the next step. <\/p>\n<p><b>Click &#8220;Apply&#8221; to submit your profile.
