Methodology <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, implement, and enhance financial control frameworks across business lines, focusing on fixed asset management, internal fleet operations, and warehousing operations. <\/li>\n<li>Drive the formalisation of the control framework, ensuring standardisation and consistency. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and refine cost\u2011review methodologies to ensure systematic, transparent processes. <\/li>\n<li>Drive automation and system\u2011based controls to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency. <\/li>\n<li>Provide oversight and guidance to business controllers, emphasising control\u2011driven decision\u2011making. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Management Reporting &#038; Analysis <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the production, accuracy, and timeliness of management reports across the Group. <\/li>\n<li>Enhance reporting frameworks to capture key business drivers and potential issues. <\/li>\n<li>Develop dashboards and analytical tools for real\u2011time visibility into business performance. <\/li>\n<li>Identify trends, variances, and risks early, recommending corrective actions. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and consolidate business line budgets, ensuring alignment with Group objectives. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Team Leadership <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and develop a team of financial controllers, ensuring alignment with group\u2011wide policies and standards. <\/li>\n<li>Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and proactive risk management. <\/li>\n<li>Provide mentorship and training to strengthen financial control and reporting capabilities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Stakeholder Management <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with senior leadership, business line heads, and operational managers to align control frameworks with strategic goals. <\/li>\n<li>Act as a key liaison between finance and business operations, ensuring transparency and trust in financial information. <\/li>\n<li>Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to non\u2011financial stakeholders. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Role Requirements <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) strongly preferred. <\/li>\n<li>12\u201315+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior financial control or reporting leadership role. <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of designing and implementing financial control frameworks across multiple business lines. <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of fixed asset management, fleet and warehouse controlling, and cost methodology frameworks. <\/li>\n<li>Hands\u2011on experience in management reporting, dashboard creation, and KPI\u2011driven performance monitoring. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge at senior levels. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools;
