Proactively monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful project outcomes. <\/li>\n<li>Lead, mentor, and manage diverse project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment. A Master\u2019s degree is a plus. <\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams. Ability to influence, motivate, and guide diverse teams to achieve project goals and overcome challenges. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
