First line manager of staff from all disciplines employed on contracts <\/p>\n<h3>Key Tasks and Responsibilities: <\/h3>\n<h3>Administrative Support <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing project documentation, including creation, storage, and distribution of documents. <\/li>\n<li>Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for project meetings. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Scheduling and Coordination <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Handling correspondence and scheduling meetings between the project team. <\/li>\n<li>Organizing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are tracked and met. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinating the activities of the project team and ensuring proper communication among members. <\/li>\n<li>Arranging logistics for project meetings, workshops, and travel, if necessary. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Budget and Financial Tracking <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Assisting with tracking the project\u2019s budget, including expenses, invoicing, and financial reporting. <\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that project costs are recorded and processed according to company policies. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u062a\u0648\u062b\u064a\u0642 \u0648\u0625\u0639\u062f\u0627\u062f \u0627\u0644\u062a\u0642\u0627\u0631\u064a\u0631: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring proper documentation of all project-related activities, including meeting minutes, change logs, and risk registers. <\/li>\n<li>Assisting in the preparation and distribution of regular project status reports. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Resource Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting project resource allocation, ensuring that team members are assigned tasks according to their skills and availability. <\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the use of project resources and ensuring that they are properly accounted for. <\/li>\n<li>Project time keeping, visa follow\u2011ups and other HR related tasks. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Procurement <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Raising material requisition for the project through the procurement system, following up with suppliers for material delivery and booking of GRN\u2019s. <\/li>\n<li>Updating the stock inventory using the CAFM system. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Risk and Issue Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitoring project risks and issues, updating logs, and ensuring that relevant team members are aware of any potential problems. <\/li>\n<li>Assisting in implementing mitigation measures and keeping records of changes in the project scope or timelines. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Project Monitoring and Control <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Assisting in the tracking of the project\u2019s progress, milestones, and deliverables. <\/li>\n<li>Using project management software tools to update task completion and performance data. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Experience, Knowledge and Skills: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Business Management Studies Degree\/Diploma <\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years\u2019 experience in a Project Administration role <\/li>\n<li>Good Knowledge of all elements of FM services <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> #J-18808-Ljbffr<\/p>\n<p>2026-05-25 15:54:45<\/p>","protected":false},"author":100,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","job_listing_type":[68],"job_listing_category":[1347],"job_listing_location":[720],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-47938","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-management-operations","job_listing_location-united-arab-emirates"],"metas":{"_job_featured_image":"","_job_featured":"","_job_filled":"","_job_urgent":"","_job_category":{"1347":"Management &amp;
