TKS is a global innovation program for students ages 13-17 years old. Our mission is to train unicorn people to impact billions. We\u2019re not just an education company; we\u2019re an accelerator to inspire young, ambitious minds to change the world. With students and alumni from over 500 cities, TKS is poised for impactful growth. We\u2019re expanding our in-person programs (New York, Toronto, Dubai, Vancouver, Calgary), launching in new cities (San Francisco, Seattle, Miami, Doha, Riyadh), and recruiting top talent worldwide for our virtual programs. <\/p>\n

Our alumni have started venture-backed companies, performed cutting-edge research, presented at the world’s largest conferences, and are creating solutions to tackle important problems like maternal mortality, cancer, and energy access. <\/p>\n

Marketing Associate <\/h3>\n

This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to develop their skills in a dynamic environment. The Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in campaigns, content creation, analytics, and more. <\/p>\n

  1. Middle East Expansion: <\/b> Assist in driving TKS\u2019s growth in the Middle East by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and executing regional strategies. <\/li>\n
  2. Increase Awareness: <\/b> Develop and implement marketing initiatives to highlight TKS Dubai\u2019s mission and its strategic partnership with the Dubai Future Foundation (DFF). <\/li>\n
  3. Partnership Outreach: <\/b> Support outreach initiatives with schools, youth organizations, and other partners. <\/li>\n
  4. Conference Coordination: <\/b> Manage end-to-end logistics and produce compelling content to showcase TKS\u2019s presence at key conferences and events. <\/li>\n
  5. Analytics and Reporting: <\/b> Assist with tracking and analyzing marketing metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms like HubSpot to assess campaign performance. <\/li>\n
  6. General Support: <\/b> Provide general support to the marketing team, including organizing assets, managing databases, and maintaining marketing calendars. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. <\/li>\n
    2. Can demonstrate experience through projects and\/or relevant work experience. <\/li>\n
    3. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), social media platforms, and basic analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus. <\/li>\n
