This includes developing sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, and overseeing supplier relationships to meet annual budget and savings targets while ensuring compliance with legal and internal policies. <\/p>\n<h3>Role Profile <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and deliver the strategic roadmap and annual budget for relevant categories in collaboration with the Business, Procurement Director, and Head of Procurement. <\/li>\n<li>Create and implement sourcing strategies at the project level, ensuring compliance with legal, internal policies, and business goals. <\/li>\n<li>Manage and lead sourcing activities for new project developments, ensuring key milestones and timelines are met. <\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for consolidation, standardization, and scoping to drive cost improvements. <\/li>\n<li>Analyze supplier offers and assess the total cost of ownership (TCO) to optimize sourcing decisions. <\/li>\n<li>Meet or exceed annual sourcing goals and savings targets for Majid Al Futtaim spend. <\/li>\n<li>Negotiate pricing and finalize commercial supply agreements\/contracts in close collaboration with Majid Al Futtaim Legal. <\/li>\n<li>Continuously analyze market trends, manage supplier relationships, and report on sourcing strategies to improve procurement processes and meet KPIs and SLAs. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in large procurement organizations, managing sourcing activities, and working with shared services for smooth processes. <\/li>\n<li>Skilled in spend analysis, strategy development, and understanding contracts, laws, and risk management. <\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-focused skills, with experience using E-sourcing platforms (ORACLE, ARIBA, COUPA). <\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years of experience in a similar role as a senior Manager, with good problem-solving and team management abilities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What We Offer <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>At Majid Al Futtaim, we\u2019re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
