Role Purpose: <\/b> To offer exceptional customer service while maximizing all sales opportunities. <\/p>\n

Key Accountabilities: <\/b> <\/p>\n

  1. Deliver excellent customer service. <\/li>\n
  2. Follow the sales process to maximize sales. <\/li>\n
  3. Understand features and benefits of all Travelex product lines. <\/li>\n
  4. Use every opportunity to upsell and cross-sell. <\/b> <\/li>\n
  5. Recognize warning signs of questionable transactions and mitigate potential effects of the sale. <\/li>\n
  6. Adhere to promotional marketing offers. <\/li>\n
  7. Manage till stocks. <\/li>\n
  8. Achieve individual KPIs\/targets. <\/li>\n
  9. Fully investigate over and shorts (differences) and report. <\/b> <\/li>\n
  10. Adhere to company and location policies and procedures, including audit, risk, health & safety, security, and customer service requirements. <\/li>\n
  11. Ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements. <\/li>\n
  12. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and presentation of stores. <\/li>\n
  13. Contribute to the success of the team. <\/li>\n
  14. Complete training within required timelines. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    • Retail, cash handling, and\/or banking experience. <\/li>\n
    • Good customer service skills. <\/li>\n
    • Good numerical ability. <\/li>\n
    • Good knowledge of products, services, and procedures. <\/li>\n
    • Experience working with computer systems. <\/li>\n
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. <\/li>\n
    • Attention to accuracy and detail in routine activities. <\/li>\n
    • Flexibility to work different shifts and locations as required. <\/li>\n
