Beutics is a beauty service company based in Dubai. We provide the highest quality spa and salon services at the comfort of our clients’ homes. We are seeking a senior and experienced professional with a minimum of 7 years of industry experience to manage and grow our business. <\/p>\n

The Role: Salon Specialist\/ Beautician (Home Service) (Female Only) <\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Remove hair using permanent and temporary methods (e.g. electrolysis and waxing). <\/li>\n
  2. Apply hair products, like serum, cream, and clay to style hair. <\/li>\n
  3. Give manicures and pedicures following clients’ preferences. <\/li>\n
  4. Recommend hairstyles and nail colors to match clients’ needs and personal style. <\/li>\n
  5. Apply makeup products. <\/li>\n
  6. Provide guidelines to clients on how to take care of their skin. <\/li>\n
  7. Perform services at our clients\u2019 homes. <\/li>\n
  8. Cross-sell therapies and beauty products when relevant. <\/li>\n
  9. Provide professional treatments and services for clients, including but not limited to body and facial treatments, and massages. <\/li>\n
  10. Consistently strive to maintain the highest level of client satisfaction by providing quality service. <\/li>\n
  11. Ensure the health and safety of clients and employees are paramount at all times. <\/li>\n
  12. Perform any other duties that management may reasonably require. <\/li>\n
  13. Ready to provide service for both males and females. <\/li>\n
  14. Ready to work a total of 12 hours, from 1 PM till 1 AM (flexible work schedule). <\/li>\n
  15. Have very good English language proficiency. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      2. Willing to deliver the best service and experience to our clients. <\/li>\n
      3. Demonstrated strong leadership, team, and communication skills are essential. <\/li>\n
      4. Sound working knowledge of the day-to-day operations of the beauty world, particularly in the home-services space. <\/li>\n
      5. Proven work experience as a Beautician, Cosmetologist, or similar position. <\/li>\n
      6. Hands-on experience with makeup and hair removal techniques. <\/li>\n
      7. Familiarity with skin care therapies, like moisturizing, exfoliation, and peeling. <\/li>\n
      8. Knowledge of beauty products and trends. <\/li>\n
      9. Ability to provide personalized services based on each client\u2019s requirements. <\/li>\n
      10. Diploma or certification in Salon Services. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
