Our treatments target functional communication, self-help, independent living skills, pre-academic readiness, and vocational productivity &#8211; thus supporting full community acceptance and inclusion. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement Applied Behavioral Analysis, Discrete Trial Therapy, Natural Environment Teaching and other related therapies to clients as per assigned cases (up to 7 hours of direct therapy per day). <\/li>\n<li>Implement Behavioral intervention protocols as instructed by the Case Supervisor\/ BCBA in the intervention plan. <\/li>\n<li>Implement prompt and prompt fading procedures. <\/li>\n<li>Implement social skills training to clients (individually or in groups) when needed. <\/li>\n<li>Implement Measurement Procedures as applicable, collect data, document data, graph data and analyze child\u2019s progress through tracking data on electronic device. <\/li>\n<li>Assist with assessment procedures as authorized by BCBA. <\/li>\n<li>Describe behavior in observable and measurable terms. <\/li>\n<li>Lead BT is responsible to ensure all of their assigned clients have up-to-date client information and data (i.e. Rethink profile, targets, data, programs, reports, etc.). <\/li>\n<li>BT shall not be giving advice as per BACB guidelines without consulting the BCBA\/ Case Supervisor. <\/li>\n<li>Entering session\/ clinical notes in a timely manner. <\/li>\n<li>Identify essential components of a written behavior reduction plan, ABC Contingency, Functions of Behavior, and implement Behavior Intervention Plans as instructed. <\/li>\n<li>Assist the child in different settings including (self-care, toileting, feeding, grooming, etc.). <\/li>\n<li>Actively seek clinical direction from case supervisor\/BCBA in a timely manner. <\/li>\n<li>Report to case supervisor \/ BCBA any matter that might affect the client in a timely manner. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure supervisor\u2019s feedback is incorporated into session performance and other related job duties. <\/li>\n<li>Effectively communicate with team members, provide handover information precisely and in a timely manner. <\/li>\n<li>Responsible for maintaining any gadgets provided by the company (broken device needs to be reported, device needs to be plugged in at the charging station, etc.). <\/li>\n<li>Achieve mandatory Continued Professional Development (CPD) points that are required. <\/li>\n<li>Support client assessment needs (as necessary). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Minimum Requirements <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. <\/li>\n<li>Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is highly preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an ABA therapist, ideally with children with ASD or related developmental disorders. <\/li>\n<li>Valid DHA or DOH license or eligibility. <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of ABA principles, techniques, and ethical guidelines. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools. <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English and knowledge of Arabic are additional advantages. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> #J-18808-Ljbffr<\/p>\n<p>2025-11-11 12:38:03<\/p>","protected":false},"author":100,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","job_listing_type":[68],"job_listing_category":[1351],"job_listing_location":[720],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-48046","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-bio-pharmacology-health","job_listing_location-united-arab-emirates"],"metas":{"_job_featured_image":"","_job_featured":"","_job_filled":"","_job_urgent":"","_job_category":{"1351":"Bio &amp;
