Emirati Program"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2302928<\/p>\n<h3>Customer Happiness Officer &#8211; Emirati Program <\/h3>\n<p><strong>Job Title: <\/strong>Customer Happiness Officer &#8211; Emirati Program <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0645\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0648\u0638\u064a\u0641\u064a: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring to deliver excellent customer service. <\/li>\n<li>Provide advice and guidance to the client to correctly answer their question. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure 100% data entry accuracy on all typing applications. <\/li>\n<li>Achieve monthly target of<strong>250 <\/strong>applications. <\/li>\n<li>Guide and train new team members, set the role model example. <\/li>\n<li>Support when sick or annual leave leaves the rota short staffed, and ensure the customers are never waiting for staff. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Experience: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 1-2 years\u2019 experience in customer service and government relations <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Education &#038;
