You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform user insights into innovative solutions that enhance the user experience. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the design process from concept to final implementation. <\/li>\n<li>Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps. <\/li>\n<li>Develop high-quality design solutions and functional prototypes. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. <\/li>\n<li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain and improve our design system and UI\/UX standards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Education &#038; Experience Requirement <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. <\/li>\n<li>Min. 2-4 years of professional UI\/UX design experience. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with Agile\/Scrum, design systems, basic front-end development, and team leadership. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with React\/React Native UI implementations. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Department:  <\/strong>\u0645\u0635\u0645\u0645 <\/li>\n<li><strong>Role:  <\/strong>UI\/UX Designer <\/li>\n<li><strong>Employment Status:  <\/strong>Full time (on-site) <\/li>\n<li><strong>Duty Hours:  <\/strong>8:00am &#8211; 6:00pm (including Lunch Break)<br \/>Depending Upon Projects and timelines meeting, employees might be asked to stay for long.
