The company supplies and distributes high-quality products and services to Hospitals, Clinics, Laboratories, &#038; Analytical Industries. <\/p>\n<h6>Job Brief <\/h6>\n<p>The incumbent is accountable to promote products and services to customers, discover and pursue new sales prospects, negotiate contracts, and maintain customer satisfaction with the aim of maximizing profits. <\/p>\n<h6>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h6>\n<p><strong><u>Application: <\/u> <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Troubleshooting of the equipment. <\/li>\n<li>Introduction and demo of new products to the end users. <\/li>\n<li>Technical data \u2013 matching and filling the project specification sheets and requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Preparing and suggesting the consumables lists by studying the needs of each customer to promote reagents and consumables sales. <\/li>\n<li>Attending customer calls regarding supply and informing the sales team. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinating conferences and materials. <\/li>\n<li>Conducting workshops and giving application trainings. <\/li>\n<li>Completing validation process of the products in the surgical portfolio. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Operating Theatre: <\/u> <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Attend surgeries along with the doctors and nurses and assist them with any issues they might be facing with the equipment. <\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Market Knowledge: <\/u> <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conducting market research to identify new potential customers. <\/li>\n<li>Analyzing market trends to identify new products in the market and understanding their advantages and disadvantages. <\/li>\n<li>Identifying product improvements and new products to evaluate their position in the industry. <\/li>\n<li>Providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and training to existing &#038; potential users. <\/li>\n<li>Working closely with local team, corporate team, and representatives of distributors to expand business prospects. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Business Development: <\/u> <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Discussion with the end users to find out their new requirements and opportunities. <\/li>\n<li>Discussion with end users to update and educate them on the new products and possibilities. <\/li>\n<li>Learning about the weaknesses of our competitors and strengths of our products and accordingly updating our team. <\/li>\n<li>Make regular visits to all our customers to ensure quality service and inform the team about sales leads. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Support: <\/u> <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the sales team for handling projects in terms of specifications and technical comparison discussions with the end users. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with service engineers for the installation, PMs, and rectifications. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the sales team to know more about competition and provide argumentation in a scientific way. <\/li>\n<li>Assist sales teams during technical discussions. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare training certificates for customer training attendees. <\/li>\n<li>Transfer new technical information received from the principal company internally to all concerned persons, especially when there is a new version of software or incompatibility between instruments or any other relevant information. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Service Team Coordination: <\/u> <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with service engineers for installation, PMs, and rectifications and plan trainings accordingly. <\/li>\n<li>Communicate with principals on technical information and queries of the customer which cannot be resolved from our end. <\/li>\n<li>Keep updated with latest training schedules and training materials. <\/li>\n<li>Attend all relevant webinars conducted by the principals. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><strong><u>REQUIREMENTS <\/u> <\/strong> <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications: <\/u> <\/strong> Bachelor&#8217;s Degree <\/li>\n<li><strong><u>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629: <\/u> <\/strong> 2+ years of relevant experience with gynaecological products.
