As a Real Estate Agent at TEKCE, you’ll be a trusted advisor, connecting sellers with qualified buyers. You’ll guide clients through the marketing or purchasing process, ensuring they find the right property at the best price and under the most favorable terms. <\/p>\n

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: <\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Accompanying buyers during the viewing tour. <\/li>\n
  2. Advising clients on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting. <\/li>\n
  3. Presenting purchase offers to potential buyers. <\/li>\n
  4. Identifying customers\u2019 needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions. <\/li>\n
  5. Providing advice to customers on market conditions, negotiation processes, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters. <\/li>\n
  6. Preparing necessary paperwork (contracts etc). <\/li>\n
  7. Having information about the real estate market. <\/li>\n
  8. Creating lists for real estate sales properties that include information such as location, features, images, etc. <\/li>\n
  9. Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met. <\/li>\n
  10. Ensuring fair and honest dealing. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Required Background: <\/h3>\n

    2. Pro-active and a team player. <\/li>\n
    3. Goal orientated and ambitious. <\/li>\n
    4. Be interested in a long-term career with us. <\/li>\n

    7. Possess a valid driver’s license. <\/strong> <\/li>\n
