The team is all like-minded individuals, with a drive to succeed in their own fields. <\/p>\n<p><b>ROLE SUMMARY <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>As Growth Manager, you\u2019ll drive Goaco\u2019s growth strategy by leading marketing and brand execution, managing our online and offline presence, and ensuring our messaging reflects the ambition and calibre of our work. You\u2019ll own our digital touchpoints, growth playbooks and marketing campaigns\u2014backed by data, research and insight. <\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll also take responsibility for ensuring our successes, case studies and industry insights are regularly published and promoted\u2014keeping our website and social channels fresh, consistent and ahead of the game. Your work will directly support lead generation, client trust and Goaco\u2019s reputation in both the UK and Middle East markets. <\/p>\n<p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement a growth strategy aligned with the Goaco\u2019s business goals <\/li>\n<li>Identify market opportunities, partnerships, and positioning initiatives <\/li>\n<li>Build internal growth playbooks and templates to standardise brand, event and digital activities <\/li>\n<li>Deliver clear, data-led performance reports to support business decision-making <\/li>\n<li>Own and manage the Goaco\u2019s digital platforms, including website and LinkedIn <\/li>\n<li>Ensure a steady stream of fresh, engaging, and insight-driven content <\/li>\n<li>Maintain brand consistency in tone, design and messaging across all channels <\/li>\n<li>Oversee creation and distribution of case studies, thought leadership, and industry insights <\/li>\n<li>Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns in coordination with the Sales team <\/li>\n<li>Manage the Goaco\u2019s presence at industry events, conferences, and sector showcases <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate branding, messaging, and follow-up communications <\/li>\n<li>Track and analyse the impact and ROI of campaign and event activities <\/li>\n<li>Support sales enablement by producing targeted content and campaign materials <\/li>\n<li>Optimise CRM workflows to nurture leads and monitor sales funnel performance <\/li>\n<li>Implement automated outreach and content strategies to grow the pipeline <\/li>\n<li>Conduct competitor, sector, and trend research to inform strategic positioning <\/li>\n<li>Use insights to identify growth gaps, messaging improvements, and digital optimisation opportunities <\/li>\n<li>Continuously monitor and refine positioning to ensure alignment with market expectations <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>EXPERIENCE REQUIRED <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4+ years\u2019 experience in marketing, growth, or commercial strategy roles <\/li>\n<li>Track record of managing B2B digital channels and delivering marketing campaigns <\/li>\n<li>Confident using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, PowerBI and LinkedIn Campaign Manager <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of content marketing, brand storytelling, and performance tracking <\/li>\n<li>Experience managing events, both online and in-person <\/li>\n<li>Background in consultancy, fast-growth environments, or digital industries is highly desirable <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>\u0645\u0624\u0647\u0644\u0627\u062a: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field <\/li>\n<li>Certifications in digital marketing tools or platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) are a plus <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Personal Attributes: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Data-driven with a creative approach to brand and campaign strategy <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communicator with strong organisational and follow-through skills <\/li>\n<li>Able to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple workstreams <\/li>\n<li>Proactive and confident in working autonomously as well as part of a team <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What We Offer: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>\u0627\u0644\u0631\u0627\u062a\u0628: <\/b> Base salary commensurate with experience, plus performance-based incentives. <\/li>\n<li><b>Career Progression: <\/b> Clear pathways for career development and progression within the company. <\/li>\n<li><b>Training &#038;
