JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES <\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<p><strong>Project evaluation: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Economic Zone teams at head office, region, business unit in the pre-evaluation and evaluation of economic zone projects, namely with respect to commercial evaluation. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare concept notes for new projects post pre-evaluation of these new projects. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Market intelligence: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare monthly market intelligence reports which will provide relevant information capable of impacting our economic zone projects. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Project updates: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with regional and BU teams to obtain regular updates on the progress of projects under evaluation and\/or under execution. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly project update reports. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Standard Processes <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute towards the implementation of new standard policies for the identification, evaluation of economic zone projects <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Commercial: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that each EZ project has a standard commercial presentation <\/li>\n<li>Contribute on a case by case basis, in the preparation of commercial presentations for specific customers. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>OTHER <\/strong><br \/>Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World\u2019s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World\u2019s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform other related duties as assigned <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>2.
