{"id":48316,"date":"2025-11-15T12:36:54","date_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:36:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/technical-coordinator-2\/"},"modified":"2025-11-15T12:36:55","modified_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:36:55","slug":"technical-coordinator-2","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/technical-coordinator-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Technical Coordinator ."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2309823<\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0648\u0638\u064a\u0641\u064a\u0629: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive project assignments from the Technical Design Manager. <\/li>\n<li>Gather and review all project-related documents: BOQ, design presentation, visuals, layouts, and as-built documents. <\/li>\n<li>Compare BOQ and design presentation to identify discrepancies and highlight them for estimation adjustment. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct detailed site surveys during the pre-contract phase with the project team to gather accurate measurements. <\/li>\n<li>Independently conduct inspections to measure areas like ceiling heights and surface dimensions, ensuring accurate documentation. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare a discrepancy report if there are differences between site conditions and initial design documents. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare a shop drawing log in Excel, detailing the number of drawings for each project category and prioritizing based on authority standards. <\/li>\n<li>Assign specific drawings to draftsmen and manage progress. <\/li>\n<li>Develop technical drawings using AutoCAD and update the shop drawing log upon completion. <\/li>\n<li>Share completed shop drawings with the Technical Design Manager for review and incorporate feedback. <\/li>\n<li>Submit finalized drawings to the Document Controller (DC) for authority submission. <\/li>\n<li>If there are comments from authorities, communicate them to the client through the DC using the RFI (Request for Information) document and adjust the drawings accordingly. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the project and site teams to ensure clarity and understanding of the provided drawings. <\/li>\n<li>Upon approval, share all packages with the MEP team to proceed with the preparation of MEP layouts. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills &#038;
