This role ensures the financial and reputational integrity of the organization and provides end-to-end solutions for a better customer service experience. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Specific Job Accountability: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide excellent customer service by attending to incoming calls within the quality guidelines. <\/li>\n<li>Handle and resolve customer complaints to customer satisfaction within the defined authority limits and escalate as per process. <\/li>\n<li>Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure quality of inbound\/outbound calls by achieving set targets in terms of service standards and customer satisfaction scores. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the business by generating new prospects\/leads and upselling for all types of FAB products. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain customer records by updating customer history through service requests\/complaints and notes. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain confidentiality of the bank\u2019s customers and data. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure the business meets its obligations under the Bank\u2019s Policies and Standards and local laws\/regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Attend to special tasks assigned by team leader and managers. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate flexibility in adhering to your planned\/scheduled shifts and on-call\/unplanned shifts due to the floor situation for achieving all defined service level and abandoned rates. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure self-punctuality, adherence to policies &#038; procedures, and discipline at the Centre. <\/li>\n<li>Function within the framework and boundaries of Group policies as well as overall organizational and governance frameworks. <\/li>\n<li>Be authorized to take decisions as per the approved authorization matrix. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School diploma. <\/li>\n<li>0 \u2013 2 years relevant experience in the banking sector. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills in English &#038;
