Job Brief <\/h6>\n

The incumbent helps the sales representatives improve their productivity by supporting them with quotations and tenders. They also ensure that there is always a supply of inventory available for the sales team and accordingly order additional when needed. <\/p>\n

Accountabilities: <\/h6>\n
    \n
  1. Adhere to all Zahrawi Policies & Procedures as applicable. <\/li>\n
  2. Purchase Orders: <\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Ensure accuracy of the customers’ LPOs and contact the concerned salesperson to resolve any discrepancies. <\/li>\n
    • Coordinate all pre-purchase order activities from the time the ORF is needed until the PO is issued. <\/li>\n
    • Ensure POs are issued immediately for all non-stock items for created sales orders. <\/li>\n
    • Report the current status of all pending\/critical POs to the concerned Business Unit Manager and Procurement & Logistics Manager. <\/li>\n
    • Follow up on the progress of POs with vendors to confirm deliveries. <\/li>\n
    • Prepare Sales Orders in line with Zahrawi\u2019s checklist. <\/li>\n
    • Ensure all FOC sales orders have the necessary approvals. <\/li>\n
    • Maintain a sales log for LWF orders and update it on Zahrawi\u2019s ERP system upon receiving the LPO. <\/li>\n
    • Support the Sales team by providing various support services to maximize efficiency. <\/li>\n
    • Contact vendors to check availability, shipments, and related activities. <\/li>\n
    • Respond to vendors about order changes or cancellations. <\/li>\n
    • Investigate discrepancies and customer satisfaction issues with vendors and assist the Sales team in resolving them. <\/li>\n
    • Review vendor order confirmations for accuracy and compliance with conditions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Administrative Responsibilities: <\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Identify and address problems to the team leader. <\/li>\n
      • Present information effectively and respond to colleagues\u2019 questions. <\/li>\n
      • Provide support to team members\/departments as needed to meet goals. <\/li>\n
      • Handle business correspondence properly and effectively. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
